"Noodle Goop" is sort of a generic term I use for things like this:|
1 lb Ground Beef
1 lb Flat Noodles
Canned Cream of Mushroom Soup
Boil the noodles in a pot that is big enough to hold quite a bit more than just a pound of noodles. While the noodles are boiling, brown the ground beef along with chopped up onion. Drain the ground beef and return to the frying pan. Add cream of mushroom soup, salt, pepper, grated cheese, and stir together on low heat. Drain the noodles and return to the pot, then pour in the ground beef & stuff, and mix everything together.
Make too much; Noodle Goop does real well as a "leftover" also!
