Corn Chowder Recipe
4 slices bacon
1 onion, chopped
2 17-oz cans cream-style corn
2 cups milk
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup butter
Fry bacon until crisp. Remove from drippings and crumble. Add onion to bacon drippings. Cook onion over medium heat until transparent. Stir in corn, milk, bacon and seasoning. Cook over medium heat until hot, stirring constantly. Add butter, stirring until melted. Makes 6 servings.
