QuickRef has an excellent built-in SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) utility. It gives great-looking results on the receiving end with most email programs because the email body is actually in true .HTML format, with your logo graphic(s) encoded right in. Both the report viewer and the invoice manager have buttons to send their contents via e-mail.
The first time you use the method, you must specify an SMTP server:
Most systems also require a user name and password.
By default, you are sent a BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) of each email you send, so that you can file it away within your normal email program.
